Return Policy

Merchandises must be returned within 7 days in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and unworn). Buyers have to responsible for the item return and exchange shipping fee.

Please be sure to pack your items carefully when posting, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us.

We may not always be able to provide the exchange item requested. In this case you will be given a credit, or the option of choosing another item.

**If the item came with fault, please contact us within 3 days and we will take necessary arrangement for product exchange or refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Shipping Cost

We ship products worldwide but the default shipping cost is calculated based on parcel weight send from Hong Kong to Australia only and this is available at checkout stage. If you are out of Australia, you will be noticed the shipping cost to your destination country after you register your mailing address and proceed to check out.

Shipping & Delivery

TwittyTwinky Online Shop endeavour to ship orders in 48hrs upon receive your payment. All packages are sent via Hong Kong Post Office International Regular Airmail. Normally customers will receive the orders in about 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS (within Australia Regions) or 7-21 BUSINESS DAYS for other countries. Extra cost will be added if customer prefer SpeedPost (2-4 Business Days) or Registered Airmail with tracking no (TwittyTwinky not responsible for any item lost by Post Office). The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax

Typographical Errors

In the event that a TwittyTwinky Online Shop product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TwittyTwinky Online Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TwittyTwinky Online Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your paypal/bank account charged. If your paypal/bank account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TwittyTwinky Online Shop shall issue refund to your paypal/bank account in the amount of the incorrect price.
